Our client is a professional supplier of sealing solution for a wide range of application. They are looking for one Sales Manager for China market.

Position: Sales Manager- Infrastructure
Location: Guangzhou
Reporting to: Sales Director-I&I

Purpose of this position

  • With the business development achievement in Metro and Railway infrastructure as well as Civil Infrastructure, we can prove the both segments are really strategic for future development. The segments are in the continual expanding progress, so we decide to expand our infrastructure team in South China where is one of the booming and developed area in both segments.
  • The new sales manager position will be based in Guangzhou city, where have plenty of metro design institutes (e.g. Guangzhou Metro Design institute, branch of No.4 DI in Rail and Metro, as well as China transportation group No.4 institute, municipal engineering design institutes Beijing municipal design institute guangzhou branch, Guangdong Municipal institute, Guangzhou municipal institute in civil construction segment. The role will overall manage the region’s infrastructure market to focus on Metro / Utility tunnel etc. infrastructure projects. She will report directly to Business Area Sales director.

Main responsibilities

  • Penetrate into Guangzhou metro design institute and No.4 rail DI Guangdong branch in both Signal and Electric major, explore and develop the distributor which can effectively manage the business in local metro and railway projects
  • In the Metro project booming time, overall manage design institutes’ projects to make sure the design in in both Signal and Electric parts. And finally co-work with distributor in Owner / Sub-contractor to finalize the order cycle
  • Penetrate into Guangdong local municipal engineering design institute and in their utility tunnel, water, port projects… and explore and develop the distributor which can effectively manage the business in local civil construction projects.
  • In the civil construction projects booming time, overall manage design institutes’ projects to make sure the design in and budgeting. And finally co-work with distributor in Owner / Sub-contractor to finalize the order cycle.
  • Develop the civil infrastructure business, specially in Utility Tunnel and Water Treatment.
  • Achieve sales target.
  • Develop the team business.

Education

  • Bachelor Degree or above in electrical

Language

  • Good writing and reading and basic speaking in English

  • Infrastructure electric & construction design and EPC management
  • Infrastructure sales experience > 7 years
