Our client is the worlds leading manufacturer that focuses on production of welding guns in automotive industry.


Position: Finance Manager

Position: Taicang, Jiangsu

Report to: GM


Purpose of Position

Be responsible for all finance related activities, such as accounting, taxes, cost control, cash and budget planning as well as financial analysis to support business development and comply to local laws and regulations.



  • Controlling / financial reporting
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare analytical reports for management review
  • Ensure the accounting practice is in compliance with relevant laws
  • Prepare and submit taxation returns for export orders, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
  • Assure on time and correct declaration of VAT and VAT exempts of export sales and local business taxes
  • Review and confirm project budgets including variation and cost graphics
  • Create and manage costing system within the ERP
  • Prepare monthly cash forecast
  • Be responsible for internal and external finance and tax audits


  • Accounting
  • Streamline internal and external accounting processes
  • Supervise AP/AR to optimize cash flow and ensure correctness of monthly reporting
  • Handle daily accounting related affairs, invoice verification, individual reimbursement applications
  • Make (international) payments according to prior approval and handle daily bank related business transactions
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation for bank accounts
  • Issue invoices to customer timely and accurately
  • Registration and monitoring of fix assets
  • Documentation and handling of files for booking vouchers and other related documents



Bachelor’s Degree, major in accounting with accountant qualification certificate



Native Chinese and fluent written and verbal English language skills.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting and booking,
  • Be familiar with local Chinese accounting, audits, taxes, laws and rules
  • Experienced with cost controlling and cost improvement initiatives
  • Solid experience in financial processes
  • Good analytical skills
  • Results oriented, self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks while meeting all objectives and deadlines
  • Has ambition to grow with a growing company
  • Good computer skills, expert skill at MS Excel, ERP knowledge is preferred
  • Proficient English, good written and verbal communication skills
